Jo and her team are specialists in effectively tackling bullying and
harassment at work and provide training, mediation and investigations to
pro-active organizations.
Jo also raises awareness through speaking and
writing, and has been appointed as Ambassador of the Year for the 2007
European Year of Equal Opportunities and will be taking part in the
European Truck Tour.

Why did you agree to do the Corporate Eight’s Challenge?
It may seem masochistic but the rowing challenge is very much 'me time'!
The timing fitted in perfectly with my plan for a healthier lifestyle and
I love the idea of having an outcome - the race - to focus on. Rowing will
be a particular challenge for me as I have spina bifida but I've never
been one to take life easy!
