Your best race was the last of the heats but for me the most impressive was the final. You were completely shot by about halfway but you just kept going….I could see no drop off in the effort, there was just sheer bloody determination to try and pull it back. Do no underestimate what that took in mental capacity……! I can spend a whole season trying to get that into my club crews….!'

Hi Karen and girls

What a fantastic result, you should all be really proud of yourselves, and hopefully next year i can be a part of it too.

Congratulations Karen and team!

You should be very proud of yourselves, your determination and achievement! You have raised the bar for next year’s competition. Count me in if there is a back-up available!

Very best of luck for Saturday. I doubt very much I'll be able to make it as are due out for the day, but if plans change (as they sometimes do) I'll come on down.

Well done for having the "balls" to be the only ladies team.

Show those blokes who wears the trousers for us all.

Hi Karen
I’ve suddenly remembered that tomorrow is regatta day! Good luck to you and the team, I hope you all do well, unfortunately I won’t be there to cheer you on as I will be down in Devon, but will be thinking of you and sending good vibes
